The "LINUCCIA" fishmonger located in Genoa-Prà in via Fusinato n ° 4N, was born in 1967 thanks to the iron will of BOZZO Angiolina "Linuccia" in BIGNONE, the progenitor who wanted, with this activity, to guarantee a better life for her family fishermen, a profession that did not always ensure bread on the table.

Since then, year after year, always managed by members of the Bignone family, first herself, then the sons and daughters-in-law and currently also the grandchildren, with sacrifice and professionalism, this business has survived the changes in the territory, in the road network, in the the spread of large supermarket chains and new lifestyles.

All this thanks to the fact of having built up the trust of people day after day who, upon entering, ask for advice, sure of what will be given to them, from the freshness of the product and how to cook it and, first of all, from the perfect processing of the fish that will be treated in such a way that it can be cooked immediately because it is totally deprived of the thorns:

The perfect "filleting" of the fish is due to the skill of the current owner Silvana BIGNONE, now truly known by all and of which grandmother Linuccia would be rightly proud.
